Data Manager Toggle

I'm looking for a simple app or widget that will toggle the Data Enabled box in the Data Delivery menu. That way I don't have to go through Settings > Data Manager > Data Delivery. I wish the power bar had this. I haven't been able to find an app that does it. I searched through this website and no one seems to have asked about this.
