Power and up arrow

So I'm playing with my D2 which got stuck with the 4.5.621 update.
I hold the up arrow and power and it comes up to a strange bootloader D2.37screen.
It says the following..
Bootloader
D2.37

Battery ok
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data cable

Can anyone tell me what this is about?

that is the bootloader mode
where you flash sbfs

written for d2g, but just the files are different
