Possibly after a z4 install?

I now have lost ability to hear anything during a call. I can fail out and I van receive a call but not a sound. I tried turning off root and off debugging. Does any body know what to do? Hoping I don't need factory reset

Last time that happened to me, a long time ago, a simple battery pull cured it.
