[QUOTE='MrB206' ]
JClavin has a CM9 build from the source for the Droid Pro and realized it might work for the D2G. I ported it to work on our device, but it is still Alpha, so expect bugs and things not work work.

What works:
  • CDMA Radio (including 3G, calls, SMS)
  • Speakerphone
  • MMS
  • GPS
  • Data usage monitor
  • Wifi
  • Sensors
  • Audio
  • DSP Manager (no issues for me)
  • Google Talk
  • SD Card
  • Voice Input
  • Charging (does NOT include when phone is turned off. See below)
  • USB
What doesn't work:
  • GSM
  • Bluetooth
  • 1% Battery (doesn't work on any CM9 roms as far as I know)
  • Camera
  • Charging with phone turned off. (this should be fixed in the next build)
Known bugs + workarounds:
  • Keyboard does not light up (this should be fixed with the next build)
  • Keymapping on the physical keyboard isn't 100% (this should be fixed with the next build)
  • Rotation isn't 100% when keyboard is opened (this should be fixed with the next build)
  • GPS must be turned on and off through settings or notification bar, NOT a 3rd party app like Quick Settings (it will revert if toggled in a 3rd party app)
  • Status Bar tweak to change battery percentage/icon/hide doesn't work.
  • Chrome Browser not working? I wasn't able to get pages to load. Not a high priority.
Unknowns:
  • Hardware acceleration (not tested)
Credit:
CyanogenMod (obviously).
JClavin for the Droid Pro build and the source.

Gapps (ICS):

Install Instructions:
  • Reboot into recovery
  • Wipe data
  • Install from zip (navigate to the zip on your SD card)
  • Repeat for Gapps (if you don't, you can't access your Google accounts or Market)
  • After ROM loads and you see 'Activate your phone', press 'Skip' (your this is for VZ activation, which you don't need).
  • Click OK when you see the pop up warning
  • PROFIT!

edit: if you download this, Please thank MrB206 andJClavin

I've only been running 12 hours, but it's running good

Note: No charging with phone turned off, so don't let battery die, you will not be able to charge.
