Porblem with my note II

Hello , I reset my galaxy note II then after reboot the note II is stuck on teamwin logo and keep blinking ,I tried to get in to recovery mode but I can't when I press on home, power and volume up bottons it's just serie ou cycle of samsung galaxy note II logo, please help
