Pop up

I keep getting a youtube pop up in my status bar, its not the real youtube cuz its marked with a green cross. How do I get rid of the pop up reoccurring?

It's an app doing it. Pop up ads I believe. There is another topic about it somewhere here. Some people said it was an MP3 listening app doing it. For me it was a halloween LWP.
