Pop up Play

Does it make a pop up of any video including YouTube or just the videos in the gallery.

If you're speaking of https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=gpc.myweb.hinet.net.PopupVideo&feature=search_result, I believe it also supports Youtube videos, but there are several different versions of "pop-up" or "floating" video players, like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.myboyfriendisageek.stickit&feature=search_result, each with their own pros and cons, so I am not 100% sure I am speaking of the same one as you.

Unfortunately it does not work with YouTube or Netflix apps. Only media which by default uses the preinstalled video player.
Facebook, certain internet sites, galley,MMS, etc
