So im trying to install "GummyJar 2.5 watermarkd with throttling removed" file. Its a services.jar andi need to change the permissions on the current one to delete it. But it wont let me. I'm using root explorer. Can I have a step by step on what to do through there?

Did you hit the R/W button on top right so it reads R/O? Then hit it back after you set permissions.

And I don't run GJar so the files may be different. If so I will be of no help.

When im trying to change stuuff it should say R/O not R/W? Lemme try one sec

Ok I missread what you said. Ya its mounted as r/w. When I hit permissions and check all the boxes and hit ok it doesn't keep them selected (it doesn't apply the changes I just made).

Does your permissions read like the ones below. And you made sure to hit the R/O button back so it reads R/W? Then try rebooting the phone.

Well I know nothing about service.jar files and I know less about GummyJar. So if I figure it out I will post it.
