Please help! Rezound won't send video

Hello all, quick question. My wife's Rezound will not send video through MMS. We have tried changing the quality of video and length of the videos, but it always says the video is either too short or too long no matter what. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Have you tried a 3rd party messaging app like GoSMS or Handcent?

No but I don't understand why the stock one won't work.

I've never had any luck sending videos, even with my D1. I will be curious to see the replies to this.

I had this problem also.. when you record the video it must be in the lowest setting for quality.. idk why because I would have thought the phone could just convert it. And I believe it has to be under 30 seconds . Just select the lowest quality (mms) and then try it
