Please Help Me. Android Market Not Buying Apps

Hello, I Have a rooted Nook Tablet and everything is working find exept when I go into the market and buy stuff. So When ever I try to buy an app from the Android Market, It Says that. HELP! Ive Tried to use Google Credits and it still didnt work... If anyone could help me that would be amazing. Thank You
