Please Help. Installation Aborted.

So I just got an incredible yesterday. The guy like to modded phones he rooted it, had superuser, ultimate droid, and some other stuff that i dont know how to use.

Anyway I wanted to start fresh, so i unrooted the phone using a youtube tutorial. The phone went back to "normal" i believe. However i noticed i didnt have 2.2. My phone currently says it has 2.1-update 1. So i tried to manually update to 2.2 and this is what i got:

I searched for posts and found this one and seems like it fixed the problem for that guy but the link for the "MAY OTA" doesnt work anymore. I dont know what to do since I am a new to this stuff and dont want to screw my phone up.​

thats the other forum i mentioned in my posting. The link on that page is no good anymore. it wont let me get the "MAY OTA" to get ready for froyo.
