My wife's fascinate cannot recieve or send picture text messages. It has in the past and this only started a couple weeks ago. It does however send and receive plain txt messages. I have done a *228 reprogramming and pulled the battery. I have not done the latest update (ED04) to her phone, although it is running on froyo. Any ideas other than a factory reset or calling Verizion support.

You might as well do the update because that's likely the first thing Verizon will have you do when you call in.

The new update (ED05) may fix that also
