can anyone tell me how to get a photo on your droid. I am able to make it into a wallpaper but I just want a small photo on it and not the whole screen

Long press and open spot on the home screen and when prompted, select "widgets" and then "picture frame" and choose your picture.

You can long press on the home screen then choose Widgets, and select Picture frame. Never really understood the purpose of this though and just seems to take up space unless you had like 9 screens to mess around with. Instead I just alternate my backgrounds every other week or so.
