Phone will not Charge on any charger

I have a motorola Citrus And it will not charge on any charger can somebody help me out and tell me what to do with this? I have only had it for like two weeks and im not understanding what is going on here.

If it's only 2 weeks old and you didn't damage it, take it back to Verizon. You've still got 50 weeks of warranty left.
