Phone shut off and wouldn't turn back on...

My heart just stopped. I picked up my phone and tried to wake it and nothing happened. I remembered the battery was around 80% last time I used it (about 20 minutes before that) so I knew it wasn't the battery. I kept trying to turn it on and nothing. Finally I did a battery pull and it turned back on.

Any ideas why this happened?

It froze. As long as it doesn't happen often, it is normal. Battery pull is always the first thing to try.

Look at it this way: if it ever goes completely dead, they'll have no way to discover you're rooted and you'll get a fresh phone!
