Phone shut off and would not turn back on..

Had my Droid since last Friday. Love it no issues until yesterday. After a phone call it shut off and I could not get it to turn back on!. I took out the battery...nope....nothing. Mind you the battery was still at near full strength.

So, I had to go back home and plugged it into the usb/charger and it restarted and has worked fine ever sence. Any ideas?

wow thats crazy maybe it was some kind battery problem or your droid just didnt wanna work lol

Never heard of anything like that. Hopefully Google hears more of this to update it in the OS in time for Dec. 11th

It's in the settings. I believe, my phone is off, but Settings > About phone > update phone. It's somewhere in there, the settings menu is only so big...so click around

This has happened to my fiancee's droid twice...Not to thrilled about it. Hasn't happened to mine though.
