Phone restarting 1-2 times a day, why?

Do any of you ever go through your sdcard and clear out old temp files? I have noticed that when I do that, my problems seem to go away.

Yes actually I went to astro and cleared thumbnail cache and internal chache on SD card. And my phone seems a bit more zippy then before.
