Phone memory question

[captain howdy]

My phone is running out of space on my sd card yet, my phone has 5+ gig of free space. I need to know if there is any way to transfer/ force files from my sd card to my phones internal storage. Seems all that I can put on my phone are the apps that I install. No Im not rooted, thanks for any help/info.

you can do each app by going into settings/applications/ ( Either manage apps or storage use)/ click move to phone

I think he wants to move files that aren't apps. I don't know a way to do that without root

Correct. You cannot access that space if you aren't rooted.
