Phone is Loose

The screen part of my phone that slides back and forth over the physical keyboard is loose and slides too easily. It also creeks when I press the screen. So today I walked into the local Verizon Store and showed it to the lady and she immediately ordered me a replacement because they didn't have any in stock. So, I have to applaud them for a no-hassle replacement.

I was wondering, though, has anyone else had this type of issue with their phone?

Yes, it's been reported before, sometimes because people have peeled of the clear sticker on the underside of the slider, but if I remember right it, more often than not it just happened with certain phones and Verizon replaced them. Glad you're getting another with no hassle.
