"Password lock," locks phone automatically (Ghost??)

I have NEVER put a password lock on phone have Kaspersky Virus on phone(NEVER had problems with it, have tech on that side written) essentially my phone is a brick now and I don't want to do a hard reset and lose everything.

Was putting in VPN VPN4ALL correctly and it connected unsucessfully and rebooted thinkng that might help, it didn't. That is when emergency number thing showed up NEVER before.

I got all loaded CORRECTLY on Basic VPN made a credential File password tried to connect it came back unsuccessful. Thought I'd reboot and when I powered up it wanted an UNLOCK code which I have NEVER put in!!

Software BUG somewhere with Kaspersky Virus on phone NOW my phone is unusable. Tried all passwords I have put in phone, vpn, Kaspersky, etc. NOTHING unlocks it. Tried cold reboot also.

I wrote Kaspersky and Called Verizon later.

Sorry, put in Credential Password and it unlocked! TOO LITTLE instructions and complex phone,I guess. Should have known was going to do this. Tried to delete thread but couldn't find delete.
