Hi guys
first of all I am new to the forum, and if this question was asked already I apologize. I tried to search it, but I could not find and answer, so I am assuming nobody asked it. Anyway, I just been handed over the support for droid phones in my company, we have a notify link server set up. One of our user forgot her screen lock password and she wants it reset as soon as possible. I can't seem to figure out how to reset the password remotely. I looked on the server, but i can only find an activation pw. Tried to mess around on my phone, but the pw can't be reset, without wiping the device. She has a droid 4 with android version 2.3.6.
Any help would be appreciated
