My daughter killed herself and I am trying to get into her phone to read her last text messages.
Her DROID 4 phone is locked with a password. Every where I read on the Internet says that if I type the password incorrect enough times that a button will appear for "Forgot Password" then I would be able to use her email account to unlock the phone. I can access her email, but this button does not appear. I believe that this must be an additional Droid 4 feature/bug. Does anybody know how I can get into her phone. Obviously I do not want to reset it.
I tried logging into her Google play account and forcing that "Screen Lock Bypass" program onto it, but it says it is not compatible with a Droid 4.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
