Paid apps from old phone to new phone

If I get a new phone, will the applications that I paid for show up that I paid for them when I log into my google account on my new phone? Or do I have to pay them again?

you have to download them manually

You can use appbrain.com to keep a synchronized list of the apps you've gotten from the Market and download them by using the appbrain app on your phone. It makes downloading a large number of apps to a new phone much simpler.
