Overdrive Media Console 'clock not set' error Droid X, Android 2.3.3

I just upgraded to Andoroid 2.3 from 2.2 and am no longer able to transfer files from Overdrive Media Console (ebook software used by my library) on my laptop running windows 7 to my Droid X. I keep getting an error saying clock is not set. I used to be able to do it when I was on Android 2.2.

There are other posts online for Sansa devices but I couldn't find anything for Droid.

I have the droid set in Media Sync mode, I also tried it in PC mode and Mass Storage mode, none of them work. Please let me know if anyone is having the same issue or has a solution.
