Over/under how long it will take to be rooted!

LOL...I dont own it yet but i still cant wait to get it and for it to be rooted! How long do you's think it'll takefor this beast to be rooted?

i have heard HTC's are easy to root/ROm, so i am guessing within 14 hours of someone getting their hands on it.
