outlook sync

Can you please advise why Outlook does not update correctly in scheduling. It grays out internal staff meeting calendars within scheduling. Therefore, it does not update my Droid with meeting attendee names. If the meeting scheduling assistant is updated, then the names show up on the sync. Thanks.

I use Touchdown and Outlook syncs well.

Are you connected to a corporate exchange sever? perhaps you can give more details, i'm not sure I understand the issue exactly. and i've also heard that Tochdown works well like REMild says.

Definitely clarify whether or not Exchange is involved.

Touchdown is a great client but irrelevant if you're not on Exchange (or other supported server). Outlook != Exchange.
