I have noticed that with the Bionic as opposed to the Droid X I had, that my contact pictures from Outlook/Exchange do not sync. Is this just a new reality w/ 2.3.4 or I am missing a setting?

Also on Motorola's site (and somewhere on this one, I think) is the "Official" Bionic bug list (https://supportforums.motorola.com/thread/58921). The Exchange contact picture synching issue is listed, and annotated as working as designed:
o 9/22/11 Exchange Active Sync Contact Pictures:
Exchange Active Sync contact picture sync is not supported.
Action: No work around required.
Resolution: No resolution required, working as designed and approved by Verizon Wireless.

This is just rediculous. People switching from the original Droid as I did have a certain expectation that features that worked perfectly fine won't be removed on what is supposed to be an upgrade. I hope Motorola "fixes" this and contact pictures in Exchange begin syncing on the Bionic.
