Outlook Calendar Sync issue

A user of mine within our organization uses a thunderbolt. When he inputs a schedule into his outlook calendar from his phone, it syncs and he is able to see it from his computer. But, when he is schedules an appointment on his computer in the outlook calendar, it does not sync. Any clue to why it would sync from his phone to the computer and not the other way around. We are running exchange, and no one else has this issue, including others using the thunderbolt.
