Just had to do a OTA update on my phone. Does anyone know what they did and why they did it?

It only fixed a few minor things such as enhanced zooming in the browser, fewer device resets and better Google play compatibility. The website below lays it out.

Curious how this will work. Can it be refused? I love the way this phone is working and don't want to risk the typical negative impact that past "upgrades" have created for me...
