OTA GB back to stock froyo?

Installed the OTA ginger and I would like to revert back to the 2.2.1 I bought this phone with so I can try my hand at the two part TBH rooted ginger. nooooo I didn't backup froyo as I'm still new to all this... Thanks for any input!
