OTA and clockwork mod question.

So, I've heard that clockwork mod will automatically block all OTA updates. Is this true? I'm not really wanting to update to 2.3.2. Also, I've been trying to boot into clockwork but to no avail. Isn't it power and "x"?

Hold the x while powering on keep holding it until I boots into recovery

Sometimes that will boot you into stock recovery in which case I do a battery pull and immediately boot back into recovery. Usually works on the second or third time.

Anyway I was able to get the 2.3.2 update but I had to pull it, like I never got a notification I just kept checking for it till I got it.
