Couldn't hold off anymore and ran the Darkslide 4.1 ROM. Decided to go with ADW's launcher with their Black Theme add on. I like it. The launcher takes a little getting used to but I'm definitely impressed, Coming from the BGX theme, it's a great replacement. They really put a lot of effort into the theme.

I'm still looking to get into some further customization, but I do like it. I had no issues backing up all of my free apps with Titanium backup then reinstalling them after the flash. Same with the market, once loaded in all the purchased stuff was just a matter of downloading again.

Very, very pleased with the speed and smoothness.

you could change your "verizon wireless" text to something more custom now. There's a tutorial in my signature on how to do so. Welcome to the customization world.

it's actually an .xml edit, not a build.prop change. it's a little more of an in-depth procedure. just saw the "verizon wireless" on your screen shots so thought I'd say something.
