Omg plz help i think its broke

I was receiving a call while my phone was charging i picked my phone up but he cord was trapped under something and the phone was dragged out of my hand to the floor. Now the screen wont come on. What can i do.

Remove the battery door, pull the battery, count to three and then reinstall. First thing I always try when something like that happens.

That's the second thing for me. First is to push my stomach back down out of my throat!

Good luck. If the screen is totally dark and won't power up you could bring it to a store and say it won't power up and see what they say.

When something like this happens, I always pull the battery hold down the power button for 10 to 30 sec (while the battery is still out) and then put the batter back and try to turn it on again.

i pulled the battery and rebooted but still no screen action everything else is still working though it still says Droid it ring when i get calls notification light is blinking and everything else.

Unfortunately I dont live in the states and no VZW out her in Jamaica i guess im just frigged

The screen didn't crack or break? If no:
Call Verizon. Tell them the screen isn't broken or anything but that the display is dark. Let them know you can call the phone and hear it ring but the screen is blank. They probably will send you a new one. I can see the screen cracking, if you drop it from up high, but if the phone looks ok it should be working and sounds like something is loose inside that shouldn't be. A drop of 2 feet to the floor shouldn't have made this happen.
