Install Fancy Widgets App from the market here. Then download the ICS clock skin from within the app.

Buck, thats a hell yes on avalon theme. I always wanted to run it but it was only available on one ROM. This would be killer!

The airplane mode icon is a bug in the dj mod apparently. There's probly a duplicate icon somewhere that has a different file name that it bounces between for some reason. I uses adw launcher ex and the ice cream sandwich theme from the market. You can get a ICS theme for adw and go launcher that has the dock and icons.
