old guy needs help

Is there someone who can help an old guy? I downloaded tasker. When I get in my car and my android car stereo pairs with my phone I would like the phone to turn off its WiFi, turn on its data and its hotspot so the stereo can connect to the phone's hotspot. Then turn off when the truck's bluetooth connection is lost. I watched YouTube tutorials many times
Shouldn't be difficult but I'm getting too old to learn new stuff. If someone could walk me through I would be eternally grateful.
