ok serious GB problem

I can't install any apps without it rebooting so im tryin to restore a back up but now I can't get into clockwork I've tried everything like holding the volume down and then the way with the home button azwell as camera button any ideas how to get to clockwork?

have you installed Droid 2 Bootstrap? I know the D2 one I think is working good for the DX to get this resolved. If you install the app you can bootstrap your reboot and get into recovery.

I would let it boot, install the app, reboot, wipe, install, wipe, reboot.

I CAN'T INSTALL APPARENTLY it reboots everytime and I can't get into CERTAIN like I normally can. I was using the d2 bootstrap before I flashed Broodcomb

I had the same problem with Broodcomb. If you go to settings, privacy, reset data. (Factory reset) it will boot back up into broodcomb without the install problems. From there you can do whatever you want
