Office Files On Home Screen

Is it possible to have a shortcut directly to a file(excel file specifically) saved on my sdcard on a home screen? I have my schedule saved as a spreadsheet and it would be great to be able to pull it up directly from the home screen.

Download astro file manager...

After do this:

Hold home screen, click add shortcut. Click astro. Find the file, name it when asked. Done
