shortcut to a specific file?

Is there a way to have a shortcut on my homescreen that takes me directly to a specific file? the file is just a picture file and its annoying to have to go through the gallery to look at it.

it is my sisters class schedule. i find myself always having to look at it but i can never memorize it. i can convert it to pdf as well if theres a way to do it with a pdf file

I've got your sister's class schedule memorized, if that helps.

Edit: I just tried to add a shortcut on my homescreen. The closest i could find was adding a shortcut to the pictures slide show.

do you have "any cut" ? it lets you make anything into a shortcut. free on the market just incase.

I have anycut, and there is an option to "make your own" but I don't know what I would put in the three fields it asks for.
