Notification Tone differentiation

On the Droid X system 4.5.596, Android version 2.3.3, is there any way to differentiate the tones that sound when emails, texts, and calendar reminders come in? I can only see the ability to select ONE tone that must be used for all three items.

For calls I'm pretty sure you have to do it manually by going through your contacts and assigning each person a different ringtone. But you can group certain people together so it goes by faster. As for texts you have to go into message settings then it should say notification settings and viola. As for emails I'm not to sure about that one

when you're in the actual text message app, click the options button and then click message settings, from there click on notifications and just choose the one you like.
it works the same on email...when you're in email, click the options button then click email settings and then notifications.
you can also go to settings and then sounds and change the ringtone and other notifications for all incoming stuff
