Notification Bar

Guys can you help me bring back my notification bar on may Optimus E400
when my android phone is rooted.. I accidentally uninstall or removed its built in notification bar..and I was not able to back-up
so my problem is..what can I do to bring it back???

Hello and welcome to the forum!

I am not completely familiar with your device but are you running a 3rd party launcher? Are you rooted and possibly flashed a custom ROM? Have you tried to reboot your device?
