How to retrieve something in notification bar?

Announcement in my notification bar today, telling me about changes coming ( android 4.0) and I was busy at the moment so I closed notification bar. now that I want to look at it, its gone? I didn't clear it.... can I get it back?

Check the existing ICS threads. It was just a notification about the upcoming ICS release. There are several screenshots of it. You didn't miss much.
