Notification Bar NOT working

Just as the title says... can't get it to scroll down. Non rooted stock Bionic.

Menu -> Notifications works but it does not physically move down when touching the bar and sliding down.

Any suggestions?

And no, reboot did not work. No new apps have been installed recently since it was last working.

A hard reboot is supposed to reset the screen... turn it off... take out the battery... leave it out for awhile so the capacitors have time to drain and die... I do it when I'm in the shower so it has a good 20/25 minutes... when you boot back up don't touch the screen till you can unlock

Thanks! Will try that as soon as I can.

I have more info now, though. The phone is my girlfriend's and she apparently dropped it and some back piece popped off which she just popped right back on.

Knowing this, I tried scrolling down in landscape mode, and it works. She is in class with the phone now so as soon as I get it back I will try the battery pulling.

Any other suggestions?
