Note 8 Launch Set For August 26 According To A New Report.

The Note 8 has been rumored to release sometime in the fall, but it appears that it may be releasing even sooner than that. The phone was previously expected to release during IFA in Berlin per the usual release cycle schedule. A new report coming out of South Korean publication "Naver" states that the phone will be announced at an event in New York on August 26. Last year the Note 8 was revealed on August 2.

Apparently the original plan was to launch the Note 8 at IFA in September, but the decision was later retracted to get ahead of the iPhone 8 launch. This publication also confirms a 6.3" display for the device, improved S-Pen, dual camera, bixby, and rear placed fingerprint scanner.
