Note 4 Finding location

Anytime i use my GPS, my phone is having trouble Finding the location to where i am at. I have cleared the cache, and it is still not working. Is my only hope to Factory reset the device?

Back when gps chips were more notorious for taking forever to find me, if at all, I used to use this app .

For whatever reason it seems to help when finding my current location takes longer than a minute.
It's free btw.

Try Waze and see if it locks on faster..

The gps status helped a little, but I'm about to download and try waze

You can try a Factory Reset, but IMO, you have an issue with the GPS radio.

The gps status worked perfect earlier tonight, it started up right away and the location didn't lose gps
