I'm currently on the phone with verizon. The first person I spoke to by online chat refused to help stating that it was not possible as my order was already processed. Of course this person also stated that they would not honor the unlimited data I had signed up for, even given I had the confirmation email. Is there a magic word I should be giving them or someone specific to speak to?

Edited: After a loooong phone call and finally getting them to honor my unlimited data I signed up for, they stated that there was no verizon30 promo code at all.
