Not playing movies

When I first got my droid x everything played on it. Now all of a sudden every movie I try to put on it I get an error msg saying "video format not supported on phone. Download anyhow?" Any suggestions?

try turning the X completely off and then back on and see if it helps.
If you use Gallery, try clearing its data, which might also help.
