Not getting POP3 email

Up until yesterday, I was getting my emails from Hotmail and my other POP3 account. Now, I haven't received any. I've tried to delete the accounts and re-install to no avail. I believe I have I them set up correctly as I have the exact same settings as my wife's phone who has the same hotmail account. Sugestions? I still get my gmail.

Hotmail is notoriously bad at playing along. Ideas:

o Don't use a task killer
o Try k9 from the market
o For hotmail, increase polling interval to at least 15 minutes
