It is not OTA today. It is the soak and some incidental non soak testers always get it when pushed out to the soak testers.

My daughter's phone hasn't gotten it. I'll ask hubby when he gets home. My first impression is that there are two emails that are stuck in my outbox that it will not/ cannot delete. It keeps trying to send them. Very annoying
