Nokia N1 breaks free of China

The N1 teased by Nokia last year, and demonstrated at the Mobile World Conference this year has certainly generated some interest. With some impressive sales in China, Nokia has released the tablet for sale in Taiwan.

There is certainly some interest in the N1 domestically, and at its price point, and these specifications should show you why:

Will we see the N1 released in the US? If it does, will it still be new enough to be relevant? No word on that yet, however, not being a China-only release does bode well for those of us with baited breath.

LOL China -> Taiwan is kinda like US -> Canada. I guess I'm on the record for betting it will never get here as advertised for $250, so I have to take the skeptical view. Call me...pessimistic!

Specs aren't great for the price. I think @Jonny Kansas got a much better value with the Remix.

Only ONE thing I'd like different... More RAM. 2GB is small by today's standards but that price! OMG. Crazy!
