No Sound

I rooted my fiances dInc lastnight, I have tried a couple different custom roms' to see what she and I would like the most (which I wasn't supprised: vanilla). Now here is my problem and question, I installed Ruby, lithium mod, and Cyanogend mod from Rom manager and all of them when I go in to the menu and tap on sound they all fc and can't get to the ringtones or notification; how do i fix this. And, I wanted to install some of the Gingerbread rom Off of www.Incrediblelist.com, but every time I put the .zip on the sd in clockwork recovery and try to select it to install it say aborted; I know im at least doing the process right since I have flashed at least 25 different roms' on my d1. So you can any tip or suggestion on what I could do

What version of ROM Manager? At present, the latest version, 3.x does not work with ROMs that don’t yet have specific, updated programming in them. How to get around it? Flash the ROM from recovery, not ROM Manager.

A lot of Android phones are having this issue. Try this app and see if it works. The Pro version lets you route sound during phone calls too!
